Booking Conditions
1. Reservations
Guaranteed with credit card or deposit.
Third party reservations follow their policies.
2. Cancellations
Free cancellation 21+ days before arrival.
Late cancellation/no-show: 100% of first night charged.
Non-refundable rates offer a discounted price in exchange for no cancellations, changes, or refunds under any circumstances, including early departure or unforeseen circumstances. Once booked, the total cost of your stay will be charged immediately (or held as a deposit, depending on your payment setup) and cannot be modified. By selecting this rate, you acknowledge this policy.
3. Refunds for Surf Lessons & Activities
If we cancel due to weather/safety: Full refund or rescheduling.
If you cancel:
24+ hours notice: No charge.
<24 hours: Late cancellations/no-shows: 50% of lesson cost
Third-party activities: Refunds subject to provider’s policy.
4. Weather & Safety
Surfing is weather-dependent. Dar Makai Surf Hotel prioritizes guest safety and reserves the right to cancel/modify lessons due to dangerous or unsuitable conditions.
We do not guarantee wave quality or lesson availability but will always offer alternatives.
5. Check-In/Out
Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 11:00.
Late check-out: Fee applies if available.
6. Damages
Guests liable for damage to rooms and hotel property.
7. Force Majeure
No penalties for cancellations due to natural disasters.
