Surf Lessons & Third-Party Activities
1. Payment & Reservations
Surf lessons and extras (e.g., excursions, equipment rental) are paid upon arrival (unless otherwise stated).
A credit card may be required to secure bookings.
2. Cancellations by the Guest
No penalty if canceled 24+ hours before the lesson.
Late cancellations/no-shows: 50% of lesson cost
3. Cancellations by Dar Makai Surf Hotel
Lessons may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty due to:
Unsafe conditions (no waves, strong currents, storms).
Instructor availability (illness, etc.).
Guests will be notified immediately and offered:
A rescheduled session.
A refund (if paid upfront) or waived fee (if paying on arrival).
4. Third-Party Activities
For extras booked through us (e.g., yoga classes, excursions):
Cancellation policies vary by provider, we’ll inform you before booking.
Refunds processed by the third party (we’ll assist with coordination).
